My next Craft Party with Juice Hut is happening this coming Saturday! Yes, we’re excited to craft, but aside from that, we’re also very excited because the newly opened quirky Korean resto at Estancia Mall called I Am Kim is gracious enough to sponsor our event!
So allow me tell you a little bit more about our new Craft Party venue and what to expect. At I Am Kim, they want you to feel Korean and have a good Korean dining experience. They named their restaurant I Am Kim because Kim turns out to be a very common name in Korea. So for a few hours, as you enjoy your meal, as far as they are concerned, you are Korean, you are Kim. Even the music playing in the background is Korean pop!
They’re specialty is their bibimbap, which is a “Korean staple of a bowl of rice, meat, vegetables and condiments.” They play with flavors and textures to give you a wide variety of mouth-watering options. Another special feature at I Am Kim is how they allow you to build your own Baps by selecting your own combination of rice, sauces and meats.
Aside from the Baps, they also offer familiar Korean dishes like fried gyoza, squid and pear salad and soups, which they give their own little twist. There are also snacks like burritos, quesadillas and sweet potato fries — Kim style! They have made sure to have something for everybody.
I Am Kim certainly is a fun concept and their colorful store exudes happiness. I hope this Saturday’s Juice Hut Craft Party participants are as excited as me and Mia because we, together with I Am Kim, have awesome and yummy things in store!
Thank you in advance to I Am Kim and their cheerful staff for accommodating us this weekend! 😀 If you didn’t get to register for this Saturday’s event but wish to be part of our future Craft Parties, please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
