The month is almost over. It's usually a cause of panic, but for once, I'm really excited about how the days are coming and going the way they are. January has been good to our family and it really seems like we're off to a great start this year. Here's what panned out the last four weeks and why we are full of gratitude and hope… NY at LU Before hitting the "hustle button" this 2017, our family decided to welcome the new year at surf town. It was our first time to spend new year's there and I was really glad we did. I found quiet moments to just sit, reflect on life and dream for the Read More
A HeART-filled Weekend
Kayo and I spent our Valentines weekend very differently this year. While I would normally opt for a quiet romantic dinner to celebrate, I can't say I did not enjoy how we spent it this time. After having experienced the first one (you can read about it here) and having witnessed how it works, we're looking towards a bigger, more epic and more organized art festival! Can't wait to meet this Read More
Remembering One
It seems like a very long time ago when I think of it, but it's only really been three months since One, a week long art festival that took place at Bonifacio Global City. A fantastic mix of both international and local contemporary street artists amazed us as they took over walls and painted murals all over the city last May. Kayo and Honeycomb Communities, in partnership with Le Basse Projects, organized this event which is the first of its kind in the Philippines. And because Kayo was deeply involved in the event, busy attending to its many details, the kids and I had to uproot ourselves Read More
