There is violence in loving fully that can break down barriers and break through walls. In daring to do so, we run the risk of getting hurt, rejected and ruined. To love is to conquer fear. To love is to step out to the unknown, to get out of the comfort zone. It is never easy and never safe. Yet it is also beauty. Love, as we all know it, is what the world constantly cries out for. It’s what you and I cry out for. But are we willing to take the risk? Do we dare to love fully, fiercely and unapologetically?
“…For love is stronger than death, Passion fierce as the grave. Its flashes are flashes of fire, a raging flame. Many waters cannot quench love, neither can floods drown it…” [Songs 8:6-7]
